These Terms of Service govern your use of the FightForge™ website and your purchase of products from FightForge™. By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing payment, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or place an order.

1. General Terms

FightForge™ reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any portion of its website, products, services, pricing, policies, or offerings at any time.

We may refuse service, cancel transactions where permitted by law, limit quantities, or restrict access to our website at our discretion.

2. Product Images, Descriptions & Specifications

Product photographs, videos, renderings, illustrations, dimensions, specifications, colors, materials, finishes, lighting effects, packaging, and other product information are provided for general reference.

Because products may involve manufacturing processes, assembly, lighting, wood or composite materials, glass, miniature components, and other physical elements, minor variations may occur between units.

By purchasing from FightForge™, you acknowledge that reasonable variations may include:

• Minor differences in dimensions or measurements
• Slight differences in color, texture, finish, or material appearance
• Minor differences in LED brightness, hue, placement, or lighting appearance
• Small variations in miniature arena components
• Manufacturing tolerances
• Changes to hardware, fasteners, internal components, packaging, or assembly methods
• Equivalent or improved component substitutions
• Minor aesthetic or structural improvements

Such reasonable variations do not constitute a defective, incorrect, or misrepresented product.

3. Product Changes & Improvements

FightForge™ reserves the right to modify product designs, dimensions, materials, components, specifications, construction methods, packaging, features, and manufacturing processes without prior notice.

For orders that have already been placed, FightForge™ may make non-material changes, reasonable manufacturing adjustments, and substitutions of substantially equivalent or improved components without notice.

A modification will not be considered material merely because the delivered product differs slightly from photographs, videos, prototypes, renderings, measurements, or earlier versions of the product.

FightForge™ does not guarantee that products manufactured at different times will be identical.

Nothing in this section permits FightForge™ to disregard rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a remedy for a materially different product, FightForge™ will provide only the remedy required by applicable law.

4. Dimensions & Measurements

All dimensions and measurements displayed on our website are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may occur. Customers should not rely upon product dimensions for applications requiring exact architectural, structural, or millimeter-level measurements unless FightForge™ expressly confirms such measurements in writing.

FightForge™ may revise advertised dimensions and specifications at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

By submitting an order, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All billing and shipping information is accurate.
• You have reviewed the product information before purchasing.
• You understand that product specifications may contain reasonable manufacturing variations.
• You have reviewed and accepted these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. FightForge™ reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by law.

6. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

FightForge™ does not offer voluntary:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Store credit for buyer's remorse

This includes requests based on:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong quantity
• No longer wanting the product
• Personal preference
• Differences within reasonable manufacturing tolerances
• Minor differences from photographs or videos
• Shipping delays outside our reasonable control
• Finding a similar product elsewhere
• Refusal or failure to accept delivery

Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Cancellations

Orders may enter processing shortly after checkout.

Once an order is submitted, FightForge™ does not guarantee that it can be canceled, edited, redirected, or modified.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean the cancellation has been accepted.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you believe your product arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, contact:

Provide your order number and clear photographs or video showing:

• The product
• The claimed issue
• The packaging
• Shipping damage, if applicable

FightForge™ may request additional documentation before reviewing a claim.

Submission of a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

Any remedy required by applicable law will be determined after review.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FightForge™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather
• Refused packages
• Failure to collect a package
• Events outside our reasonable control

Tracking information, delivery scans, photographs, carrier confirmations, and shipping records may be retained as proof of shipment and delivery.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers experiencing an issue with an order are encouraged to contact FightForge™ at thefightforge@outlook.com before initiating a payment dispute.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the product description, pricing, applicable policies, and these Terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, FightForge™ reserves the right to provide relevant evidence to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution, including:

• Order records
• Checkout records
• Payment authorization information
• Acceptance of store policies
• Product-page information
• Product descriptions
• Customer communications
• Shipping records
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Carrier records
• Fraud-prevention information
• IP/device information where lawfully collected
• Other evidence relevant to the transaction

Submitting a knowingly false, fraudulent, or misleading payment dispute may constitute a violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available under applicable law or payment-network rules.

11. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice.

A price displayed after you complete a purchase does not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, quantity discounts, and special offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All FightForge™ names, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, website materials, written content, logos, and other original materials are owned by FightForge™ or used under applicable rights.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used without permission.

13. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

FightForge™ may modify, suspend, or discontinue website functionality at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FightForge™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, FightForge™'s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold FightForge™ harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your misuse of our website or products or your violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

FightForge™ may update these Terms periodically.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown on the updated Terms, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.

18. No Waiver

Failure by FightForge™ to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
